Delivery times, costs, and tracking are set by the retailer you buy from (for example Amazon or our other partners). You’ll see the exact options and estimated delivery at their checkout before you pay.
Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges are managed entirely by the retailer. Most of our partners offer straightforward returns within a set window — check the return policy on the product’s retailer page or in your order confirmation for the specifics.
Payments & security
We never collect or process payment details. All purchases are completed on the retailer’s secure checkout, so your payment information stays with them.
